Saw Sleep Tight yesterday. Well what a movie. It left me breathless n confused. I was just surprised that i was rooting for the anti hero here. Really it was a brilliant movie. James Balaguero has created another engaging horror after rec 1 n 2. Hats off....
Sleep Tight deals with the concierge of an apartment building who is secretly doing something terrible with a resident. N we get to know slowly what is he doing,n how he's affecting the people around him. His sick plan destroys lives n causes mayhem.
As a psychological horror movie it works brilliantly. It has a scene where the concierge is caught in a sticky situation and has to escape. That scene will leave you breathless. Trust me. If you have asthma get ready to have an attack. Its that damn good. N the way he goes about his plan will leave many of you questioning the safety of your homes. If you aren't safe in your own home then where will you go???
The scary concierge brought alive by the brilliant Luis Tosar who is stalking the beautiful n vivacious Marta Etura. Those two have have acted so good that you would forget somewhere in between that its just a movie. You will get all worked up supporting her or for sometime him also. Yes the director makes us root for the stalker just for a little bit. And that maybe enough to scare people from their own thoughts.
With minimal background score,great cinematography,mind-blowing direction n heavenly acting. This one's not gonna let you sleep tight for sometime. Go for it!!!
