If you like the grittiness of films like” The Devil’s
Rejects”, the kills in films like “Frontier(s)” and
“Hostel”, the fun of movies like “Gremlins” and
“Clerks” and the sadistic humor such as in the
graphic novel “The Killing Joke” , then this film is
for you!
Yeah that's what was written on their official facebook page. No doubt they are getting so many hits. I myself will do anything to see such a movie. All the movies mentioned above are gorgeously horrific. The darkest fantasies of the human mind brought on celluloid. And no doubt i love sick fantasies ;)
But not all people love movies like hostel,devil's rejects and frontiers. But its not just about gore as stated above,its about many other things like sadistic humor,fun and a gateway to hell. Yeah you heard it right. Gateway to hell :) For me thats the clincher. Gateway to hell sounds bloody sexy. To make it more clear below is the synopsis.
Synopsis: “After visiting a landmark tree rumored to be a gateway to hell, a group of friends hold a
small house party where, without explanation,
they realize they mentally can’t bring themselves
to leave. Shortly after this revelation, torment and
slaughter begins at the hands of a supernatural
killer with a warped, sadistic sense of humor.”
Now tell me you aren't excited???
